How to Hire an Employee

How to Hire an Employee is designed to be an overview guide through the hiring process. Each organization has different hiring practices but all want to achieve the same goal – hiring the best possible employees. Because of the common goal, some of the steps are common also. How to Hire an Employee addresses those common steps and identifies others that may vary among organizations.
